A: Non-union. He can work on any project not reserved for union actors. He operates free of union parameters, not receiving residuals or any other benefits of union membership.
Q: How quick is the turnaround time?
A: Recordings can normally be delivered within 24 hours. Please specify the required timeframe needed and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Q: Do you offer confidentiality, security?
A: All direct communications are treated as confidential by default. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) if needed are never a problem.
Q: What happens if I need revisions cut?
A: If Mr. Jiles mispronounces a word, omits a word, or makes a punctuation mistake, he will provide a re-read at no extra charge. Simply request the re-read by emailing hank@hankj.com. If you change your copy, the quoted rates apply.
Q. In what format is the finished product delivered?
Your voice over production can be shipped via CDs, email, or ftp as an .mp3, .wav, or .wma file. Next day delivery is available within the U.S. (paid by the client).
Q: What information do you require to begin?
A: A script fully checked! Read it aloud to yourself.
- Does it make sense? Is the grammar correct?
- Are there any difficult or unusual pronunciations such as names or places? Please write these words out phonetically or send an .mp3 with the pronunciation.
- What style would you prefer it be recorded as? Listen to the samples on the home page for guidance.
- Does the recording have to fit within a specific time?

A: Prices reflect "dry" voice production only (i.e., just his voice, no music or other background sound affects)
